Designed for low pressure propane or natural gas. Convenient dual level heights at 15" or 30". Makes storage in an RV easy. Like all our other models, it is easy to attenuate the level of the flame with our in-house designed needle control valve. Fry fish, boil crabs, or make French sauces or gravies at a low flame. This burner makes an excellent fish fryer. This unit does it all. Works great with our GRIDDLE Series seen below. CS10 is not something you will find at the Depots or discounters.
